In Korea, We call it "bingsu" which is made up of ice flakes and toppings on top!
There are variety kinds of toppings like strawberries, mangoes, melons and etc.
I choose strawberry bingsu :D The base is ice flakes then huge amount of strawberries then ice cream on top
Also include sugar, condensed milk, and strawberry syrup :)
It is supeeeer yummy and sweet! I ate with my two cousins and we weren't able to finish it hahaha :D
Bingsu is my favorite dessert because its sweet, cold and tasty. It cools you down when you eat it on summer days.
Some Korean restaurants in Thailand sells bingsu and it costs like 150 baht. So I sometime go there and eat!
I'm planning to eat it this weekend ahahaha ;)
